SHIPPING
Orders are normally completed within 1 – 3 business days.
Orders will be shipped from Denmark using PostNord services. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. All shipments will be provided with tracking ID to allow you to follow and track delivery progress and status.
Shipping rate within Denmark is 50 kr.
Shipping rates for international orders varies depending upon the ordered item:
- Europe (selected countries) – from 50 kr (or equivalent amount in own currency)
- US & Canada – from 62 kr (or equivalent amount in own currency)
- Australia & New Zealand – from 72 kr (or equivalent amount in own currency)
- Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan – from 80 kr (or equivalent amount in own currency)
We don’t ship for the moment to countries other than those mentioned. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Packages normally leave the country 1-2 business days after they are handed over to the local Post Office.
Estimated time of delivery:
Within Europe — 3-8 days
US & Canada — 8-12 days
Australia & New Zealand — 10-15 days
Countries in Asia may take longer than 12 days.
